My four years at Apple taught me that technology is only as powerful as the human connections it creates. I discovered my calling when I helped a nonverbal child find their voice through AAC technology—patiently configuring every setting because giving someone the ability to communicate felt like the most important work I'd ever done. I made technology feel safe for intimidated customers, leading workshops where learners celebrated every small victory in judgment-free spaces. My philosophy became "let's find out together," showing people that learning alongside someone who genuinely cares is more powerful than being lectured by someone who just knows. As I grew through Product Specialist, Inventory, and Genius Administrator roles, I learned to create calm in chaos for anxious customers, redesign workflows so teams could focus on helping rather than fighting systems, and bring genuine care to every interaction. This is where I fell in love with the idea that thoughtful design could transform entire human experiences—and it's been driving my passion for product design ever since.
